Have you been dying to participate in our Greenspotting contest, but aren’t sure where to start? Having trouble spotting a source of renewable energy in your neighborhood? Many people don’t realize it but renewable energy is already playing a big part in our every day lives. Although rooftop solar installations and small wind may not be as ubiquitous as we’d like, there are still plenty of opportunities for Greenspotting – you just have to be creative about where you look!

Remember, our Greenspotting contest has been extended to run through the summer in order to give more people a chance to participate! Winners are now selected on a monthly basis so be sure to keep your eyes open while you travel this summer. Continue reading this post for some more ideas on how you can easily spot renewable energy, and how to be a greenspotter.
